I apologise as I am a still waiting on Glofox sorting this issue out.
We’re aware of an ongoing issue with some online payments for classes. Glofox are aware and are working on it. We’re not the only business affected by this issue & neither is Glofox.
From what I understand (I might not have it completely correct) As banks have upgraded security for online payments & pay processors are increasing their security also, the IT coding for some has yet to catch up which is why some payments are getting refused.
I’m hoping this gets resolved soon as it’s a little frustrating for all of us. In the meantime if you have payments issues just get in touch & we’ll arrange an alternate way to pay.
