In case you missed the email….

The day has finally arrived. The new booking system is up and running. Yay!

 Welcome to Welloca. It is a work in progress but is being customised for us and their team have been really helpful so far.


Your class credits and any advanced bookings have/are currently been moved across into the new booking system.  New bookings can be made through the website.

 When you book a space on an event, use the address this email has been sent to and you’ll have easy access to your account. You don’t need a password with the new system - you simply enter your email address and a 1 time code will be sent via email for logging in. Less passwords to remember!

You can check your account by clicking the Customer Portal button at the top of the website.

 Please take a few minutes to look around the new system to see where you find what bookings you have, class credits and your details. Payment details such as credit/debit card payments will be handled by CityPay going forward and will need to be entered when booking an event (at the moment). The CityPay team are also local so hopefully the previous issues we encountered will be a thing of the past.

 If you want to buy a block of classes please text me on 07797849487 and I can set the class credits up for you. We are still working on the ability for you to buy the blocks of classes yourself online. Hopefully this will be ready later in the summer.


 Currently there isn’t a member booking app for your phone but that is being worked on. Instead, you can access your account (on your phone or computer) via the website. I have added a new link at the top for “Customer Login”.

 Please delete your Glofox app from your device as this is no longer active for TLC Pilates Jsy.
