Back to wearing masks

Following our ever changing guidelines that I’m sure you’ve all seen, from Wednesday 21st you will be required to wear masks again when entering & leaving the studio Unless you’re exempt from wearing one. Once settled in your reformer/mat then you may take it off if you wish. That choice is yours. I will be wearing one during change of sessions then take it off to teach. please let me know how comfortable you are with manual adjustments or not & I’ll accommodate each person. I hope you’re enjoying our fantastic weather.
